Terms of Business

1. Our garments are made to international size standards and are not tailor-made to individual measurements
2. We are not responsible for late deliveries brought about by unforeseen circumstances ie. Factory or transport strikes. Customers shall not be entitled to cancel orders on the basis of late delivery.
3. We will endeavour to ensure the consistency of colour matches on repeat orders but guarantees cannot be given in this regard.
4. Colour reproductions are as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow.
5. Delivery shortages / faulty garments to be advised within seven days of receipt. Returns only accepted within 14 days of dispatch in new and undamaged condition. No altered or soiled garments may be returned.
6. Documentation must accompany returns. Exchanges / returns requested not due to quality deficiency or incorrect packing by Prompt-Pac & Promotions will carry a re-delivery surcharge of R150.00 for order value up to R500.00 and R175.00 for order value exceeding R500.00 (VAT Excl).
7. We cannot guarantee availability of stock at all times. Please refer LEAD TIME GUIDELINES below.
8. All prices valid whilst stocks last.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY COSTS WILL APPLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

1. Deliveries across borders e.g. Namibia, Botswana. These will be quoted according to weight and / or dimensions
2. Express courier rates will be quoted according to weight and / or dimensions.

Lead Time Guidelines

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure plentiful stock availability, stock outages do occur.

To manage the process more effectively we have categorised products according to specific product groups and identified lead times pertinent to such groups.

• Clothing - Allow 4 to 6 weeks lead time on out-of-stock items.
• Gifts - Allow 1 to 2 weeks lead time on out-of-stock items.
• Cost Cutters - Allow 3 to 5 days lead time on out-of-stock items.
• Point-of-Sale Merchandise - No stock carried: Allow 7 to 10 days lead time following order placement
• Golfers Selection - No stock carried: Allow 7 to 10 days lead time following order placement

Personalise and Customise

For a reasonable add-on cost we will personalise any of the items shown on this site (where practical and feasible) by adding your own company logo and contact details.

We will also procure compatible, additional or different items to those shown on this site per request in line with GM Corporate Identity Guidelines.
